Sales Admin

West island telecommunication company looks for a strong bilingual (English/French; Strong French writing and speaking) full time sales admin person. Group insurance, RRSP and good commission structure.

Duties:



Processing a high volume of product orders.



Processing appointments changing for channel managers



Checking prices and contracts are up to date.



Communicate between customers and provisioning team



Reporting monthly sales results.



Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives.



Taking phone calls from customers.



Communicating internally important feedback from customers.



Register staff appointments



Dealing with and responding to emails.



Working with marketing person organizing lunch and learn



Requirements for the role:



High organisational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time.



Ability to prioritise own workload.



Strong communication skills.



An administrative or sales background.



Must be detail oriented.



Preferable lives in West Island
